【摘要】：目的探討前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)組織p27蛋白和骨橋蛋白(osteopontin,OPN)的表達(dá),分析其與PCa病理因素的相關(guān)性。方法選擇蘇州大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院2007-09-01-2012-02-20經(jīng)手術(shù)后病理確診的80例PCa患者,免疫組織化技術(shù)檢測(cè)前列腺癌組織和相應(yīng)的癌旁組織p27和OPN蛋白的表達(dá),分析其與臨床病理因素的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 80例PCa組織中,蛋白p27陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率為51.3%(41/80),癌旁組織的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率為83.8%(67/80),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P=0.046;OPN陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率為65.0%(52/80),癌旁組織為31.3%(25/80),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P=0.042;p27表達(dá)與PCa分級(jí)(P=0.041)、臨床分期(P=0.034)和有無(wú)轉(zhuǎn)移(P=0.046)有關(guān),OPN表達(dá)與PCa分級(jí)(P=0.035)、臨床分期(P=0.034)和有無(wú)轉(zhuǎn)移(P=0.025)有關(guān);p27和OPN在PCa組織中表達(dá)呈負(fù)相關(guān),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,P0.05。結(jié)論 PCa組織中p27表達(dá)較低,OPN表達(dá)較高,兩者表達(dá)負(fù)相關(guān)。聯(lián)合檢測(cè)p27和OPN蛋白為PCa的防治和治療提供一種治療策略。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of p27 protein and osteopontinine osteopontin (OPN) protein in the tissues of prostate cancer PCA and to analyze the correlation between the expression of p27 protein and the pathological factors of PCa. Methods the expression of p27 and OPN protein in prostate cancer tissues and adjacent tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry in 80 patients with PCa confirmed by operation and pathology in the first affiliated Hospital of Suzhou University from January to February 2002.The correlation between the expression of p27 and OPN protein and clinicopathological factors was analyzed. Results in 80 cases of PCa, The positive expression rate of protein p27 was 51.30.The positive expression rate of protein p27 was 83.8and 67 / 80, the difference was statistically significant (65.0%), and the positive rate was 65.0% (31.3%), the difference was significant (P 0.042p27 expression and PCa grade P0.041a, clinical stage P 0.034), and the positive rate of P27 protein expression was 31.3% (P 0.042p27) and the clinical stage was 0.041% (P < 0.034), and the positive expression rate of protein p27 was 65.0% (P < 0.05%), while the expression rate of protein p27 was 31.3% (P < 0.05%) and the PCa grade was 0.041% (P < 0.034). There was a negative correlation between the expression of P27 and OPN in PCa tissues, and the expression of P27 and OPN were negatively correlated with the PCa grade (P < 0.035), clinical stage (P < 0.034) and metastasis (P < 0.025). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the expression of p27 in PCa is lower and the expression of p27 is negatively correlated. Combined detection of p27 and OPN proteins provides a therapeutic strategy for the prevention and treatment of PCa.
