哈薩克族和漢族孕婦晚期妊娠可溶性血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子受體l與子癇前期的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:目的探討哈薩克族和漢族孕婦晚期妊娠可溶性血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子受體1(s Flt-1)與子癇前期(PE)的關(guān)系。方法選取2015年12月—2016年4月在新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院產(chǎn)科住院并分娩的孕婦110例,其中哈薩克族PE孕婦25例(哈薩克族PE組)、漢族PE孕婦25例(漢族PE組)、哈薩克族正常妊娠孕婦30例(哈薩克族正常妊娠組)、漢族正常妊娠孕婦30例(漢族正常妊娠組)。收集4組孕婦的臨床資料,采用定量反轉(zhuǎn)錄聚合酶聯(lián)反應(yīng)(qRT-PCR)測(cè)定胎盤組織中的sFlt-1表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果哈薩克族PE組孕婦體質(zhì)量高于漢族正常妊娠組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);哈薩克族PE組、漢族PE組孕婦收縮壓、舒張壓高于哈薩克族正常妊娠組、漢族正常妊娠組,孕周短于哈薩克族正常妊娠期、漢族正常妊娠期,新生兒體質(zhì)量低于哈薩克族正常妊娠組、漢族正常妊娠組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。漢族PE組、漢族正常妊娠組孕婦血紅蛋白高于哈薩克族PE組、哈薩克族正常妊娠組,哈薩克族PE組、漢族PE組孕婦肌酐高于哈薩克族正常妊娠組、漢族正常妊娠組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。漢族PE組孕婦sFlt-1表達(dá)水平高于哈薩克族PE組、哈薩克族正常妊娠組、漢族正常妊娠組,哈薩克族PE組孕婦sFlt-1表達(dá)水平高于哈薩克族正常妊娠組、漢族正常妊娠組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);而哈薩克族正常妊娠組、漢族正常妊娠組孕婦sFlt-1表達(dá)水平比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。哈薩克族重度PE、漢族重度PE、哈薩克族輕度PE、漢族輕度PE孕婦sFlt-1表達(dá)水平比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論晚期妊娠s Flt-1可能參與了PE的發(fā)生、發(fā)展,可作為預(yù)測(cè)PE發(fā)生、發(fā)展的血液學(xué)指標(biāo),但不能作為預(yù)測(cè)PE患者病情嚴(yán)重程度的指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between soluble vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGF) 1s Flt-1 and preeclampsia (PEI) in late pregnancy of Kazak and Han women. Methods 110 pregnant women who were hospitalized and delivered in obstetrics department of the first affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from December 2015 to April 2016 were selected. There were 25 cases of PE pregnant women in Kazak nationality (PE group of Kazak nationality), 25 cases of PE pregnant women of Han nationality (PE group of Han nationality), 30 cases of normal pregnant women of Kazak nationality (normal pregnancy group of Kazak nationality) and 30 cases of normal pregnancy group (30 cases of normal pregnancy group of Han nationality). The clinical data of four groups of pregnant women were collected and the expression of sFlt-1 in placenta was determined by quantitative reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Results the body mass of pregnant women in PE group of Kazak nationality was higher than that of normal pregnancy group of Han nationality (P 0.05), systolic blood pressure and diastolic pressure of pregnant women in PE group of Han nationality were higher than those of normal pregnancy group of Kazak nationality, normal pregnancy group of Han nationality, and normal pregnancy group of Han nationality. The gestational weeks were shorter than the normal gestation period of Kazak nationality and the normal gestation period of Han nationality, the body weight of newborn was lower than that of Kazak normal pregnancy group and Han nationality normal pregnancy group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The levels of hemoglobin in PE group of Han nationality, normal pregnancy group of Kazak nationality, PE group of Han nationality, and normal pregnancy group of Han nationality were higher than those of normal pregnant group of Kazak nationality, normal pregnancy group of Han nationality, and normal pregnancy group of Han nationality. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The expression of sFlt-1 in pregnant women of Han nationality PE group was higher than that of Kazak group, normal pregnant group of Kazak nationality, normal pregnancy group of Han nationality, sFlt-1 expression level of pregnant women of Kazak nationality PE group was higher than that of normal pregnant group of Kazak nationality, normal pregnancy group of Han nationality, and normal pregnancy group of Han nationality. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), but there was no significant difference in the expression of sFlt-1 between normal pregnant women of Kazak nationality and normal pregnant women of Han nationality (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in sFlt-1 expression levels among pregnant women of Kazak nationality, Han nationality, Kazak nationality, Han nationality and Han nationality. There was no significant difference in the expression of sFlt-1 between pregnant women and pregnant women (P 0.05). Conclusion Flt-1 of late pregnancy may be involved in the occurrence and development of PE. It can be used as a hematological index to predict the occurrence and development of PE, but it can not be used as an index to predict the severity of PE.
