【摘要】：目的:探討婦科千金片聯(lián)合阿莫西林克拉維酸鉀片治療慢性盆腔炎的臨床療效及安全性。方法:選擇我院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者60例,將其隨機(jī)分為觀察組對(duì)照組,每組30例,對(duì)照組給予阿莫西林克拉維酸鉀片,觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上加用婦科千金片,兩組均連續(xù)治療2周,比較兩組臨床療效、各癥狀評(píng)分、盆腔炎性包塊改善情況以及不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果:觀察組治療總有效率為93.33%,對(duì)照組治療總有效率為73.33%,兩組比較,差異具統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后,兩組患者各臨床癥狀評(píng)分均較治療前顯著改善(P0.05),且觀察組改善情況顯著優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療后,兩組患者盆腔炎性包塊顯著較治療前縮小(P0.05),且觀察組治療后包括顯著小于對(duì)照組(P0.05);治療期間,觀察組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率6.67%、對(duì)照組3.33%,兩組比較差異不存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:婦科千金片聯(lián)合阿莫西了拉維酸鉀片治療慢性盆腔炎其療效確切,能夠顯著改善患者臨床癥狀,并有效縮小盆腔炎性包塊,治療安全可靠,值得臨床推廣運(yùn)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of gynecological Qianjin tablets combined with amoxicillin clavulanate potassium tablets in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods: sixty patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into the control group (n = 30) and the control group (n = 30). The control group was treated with amoxicillin clavulanate potassium tablets, and the observation group was treated with gynecological Qianjin tablet on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks. The clinical efficacy, the scores of symptoms, the improvement of pelvic inflammatory mass and the adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33 and that in the control group was 73.33. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The clinical symptom scores of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05). The pelvic inflammatory mass of the two groups was significantly smaller than that before treatment, and the observation group was significantly smaller than that of the control group after treatment. During the treatment period, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67 and that in the control group was 3.33. The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: gynecological Qianjin tablet combined with lamivudine potassium lamivudate tablet is effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, and effectively reduce the pelvic inflammatory mass, the treatment is safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
