【摘要】：干細(xì)胞具有多向分化和自我更新的潛能,可分為全能干細(xì)胞和多潛能干細(xì)胞。目前干細(xì)胞在婦科泌尿領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用主要集中在尿失禁和糞失禁。干細(xì)胞治療尿失禁和糞失禁主要是基于骨骼肌再生理論。本文主要就干細(xì)胞在婦科泌尿領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用研究進(jìn)展展開(kāi)綜述。
[Abstract]:Stem cells have the potential of multi-differentiation and self-renewal. They can be divided into totipotent stem cells and multi-potential stem cells. The application of stem cells in gynecologic urology is mainly focused on urinary incontinence and fecal incontinence. Stem cell therapy for urinary incontinence and fecal incontinence is based on skeletal muscle regeneration theory. This article reviews the application of stem cells in gynecologic urology.
