【摘要】：正胚胎停育是指因受精卵缺陷或母體存在不利妊娠的因素,導致早期或中期胚胎死亡,全部或部分的組織留在宮腔內(nèi)未能自然排出的一種病理性妊娠。有報道統(tǒng)計胚胎停育占早期妊娠的10%~18%[1],且近年來有逐漸增高的趨勢,妊娠結局為反復流產(chǎn)。導致胚胎停育的原因非常復雜,包括了遺傳因素所導致的孕卵或胚胎發(fā)育異常、感染因素、免疫異常、
[Abstract]:Normal embryo termination is a kind of pathological pregnancy which is caused by the defect of fertilized egg or the factor of unfavorable pregnancy in the mother, resulting in the death of early or middle stage embryo and the absence of all or part of the tissue in the uterine cavity. It has been reported that fetal suspension accounts for 18% of early pregnancy, and there is a tendency to increase gradually in recent years, and the outcome of pregnancy is recurrent abortion.
