【摘要】：目的探討并分析妊娠期糖尿病孕婦早產(chǎn)及足月分娩的臨床特征差異,并總結(jié)妊娠期糖尿病孕婦早產(chǎn)的危險(xiǎn)因素。方法選取我院2014年1月-2015年12月間收治的100例妊娠期糖尿病孕婦作為本次研究對(duì)象,按照分娩結(jié)局分為早產(chǎn)組與足月分娩組,各50例。觀察兩組孕婦的臨床特征,探討妊娠期孕婦早產(chǎn)的危險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)果早產(chǎn)組孕婦的收縮壓、產(chǎn)次、雙胎或多胎高于足月分娩組(P0.05);早產(chǎn)組患者的糖化血紅蛋白和24h尿蛋白定量水平明顯較高(P0.05);早產(chǎn)組患者的子癇前期、前置胎盤、胎膜早破、胎盤早剝和胎兒窘迫高于足月分娩組(P0.05),組間差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論妊娠期糖尿病孕婦早產(chǎn)危險(xiǎn)因素有子癇前期、胎盤前置、胎膜早破、胎盤早剝和胎兒窘迫,做好各種危險(xiǎn)因素的防護(hù)對(duì)分娩結(jié)局有重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore and analyze the clinical characteristics of preterm delivery and term delivery of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) and to summarize the risk factors of preterm delivery of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods 100 pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were divided into preterm delivery group and full-term delivery group 50 cases each. To observe the clinical characteristics of two groups of pregnant women and to explore the risk factors of preterm delivery of pregnant women. Results the systolic blood pressure (SBP), parturition time, twin or multiple pregnancy were higher than those in term delivery group (P 0.05), the levels of glycosylated hemoglobin and 24 hours urine protein in preterm delivery group were significantly higher than those in preterm delivery group (P 0.05), preeclampsia, premature rupture of placenta previa and premature rupture of fetal membrane were observed in preterm delivery group. Placental abruption and fetal distress were significantly higher than that in term delivery group (P 0.05). Conclusion the risk factors of preterm delivery in pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus are preeclampsia, placenta previa, premature rupture of membranes, placental abruption and fetal distress.
