【摘要】：正患者,女,33歲,因"發(fā)現(xiàn)盆腔包塊2月"于2012年10月26日收入南京婦幼保健院�；颊呷朐呵�2月平臥時(shí)捫及左下腹包塊,當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院彩超示:左側(cè)附件區(qū)6.2cm×6.69cm混合實(shí)質(zhì)中等回聲光團(tuán),界清,外形不規(guī)則,內(nèi)回聲以低回聲為主,間或伴以稍強(qiáng)回聲。腫瘤標(biāo)記物:AFP、CEA、CA125、CA199均正常。既往史、月經(jīng)史、家族史無特殊。入院體檢:一般情況好,生命體征平穩(wěn),心肺聽診無異
[Abstract]:The patient, 33 years old, was admitted to Nanjing Maternal and Child Health Hospital on October 26, 2012. Two months before admission, palpation of the left lower abdominal mass was seen in the patient's supine. Color Doppler ultrasound showed that the mixed parenchyma of 6.2cm 脳 6.69cm in the left adnexal region was of moderate echo, with a clear boundary and irregular shape. The internal echo was mainly hypoechoic and occasionally accompanied by a slightly stronger echo. Tumor marker: AFP CEA, CA125 and CA199 were all normal. There was no special history, menstrual history and family history. Admission physical examination: the general situation is good, the vital sign is stable, the heart-lung auscultation is no different.
