【摘要】：目的探討老年卵巢癌患者術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)的影響因素。方法選擇老年卵巢癌術(shù)后患者160例,統(tǒng)計復(fù)發(fā)率,分析影響老年卵巢癌患者術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果 1單因素分析:臨床分期Ⅱ期、淋巴結(jié)未徹底清掃、有肉眼殘瘤的老年卵巢癌患者術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)率高于臨床分期Ⅰ期、淋巴結(jié)徹底清掃、無肉眼殘瘤的患者(P0.05),組織分級未分化者復(fù)發(fā)率中分化高分化患者(P0.05);2多因素Logistic回歸分析:臨床分期、組織分級、淋巴結(jié)清掃情況及有無肉眼殘瘤是老年卵巢癌患者術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)的關(guān)鍵影響因素(χ21=6.319,χ22=9.144,χ23=9.852,χ24=10.724,P0.05)。結(jié)論加大淋巴結(jié)清掃范圍、避免遺留殘瘤,術(shù)后強化對高臨床分期、低分化腫瘤患者治療是降低老年卵巢癌術(shù)后復(fù)發(fā)的有效方法。
