【摘要】：目的探討老年宮頸癌首次接受治療預(yù)后及危險因素。方法回顧性分析該院2006年1月至2015年12月近10年來收治的首次接受治療的老年宮頸癌患者的病歷資料152例,評估年齡、人乳頭狀病毒(HPV)感染、病理分型、分化程度、KPB評分、腫瘤大小、遠處轉(zhuǎn)移、淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移、FIGO分期以及治療方式等因素與預(yù)后的單因素(χ~2檢驗)及多因素(COX回歸模型)關(guān)聯(lián)性。結(jié)果在眾多的危險因素中,分化程度低,腫瘤直徑大,FIGO分期晚,有淋巴結(jié)及遠處轉(zhuǎn)移者的5年生存率較低,預(yù)后與治療方式無顯著相關(guān)性。結(jié)論分化程度,腫瘤直徑,FIGO分期,有無淋巴結(jié)、遠處轉(zhuǎn)移及治療方式為首次接受治療的老年宮頸癌患者預(yù)后的獨立危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prognosis and risk factors of the first treatment for cervical cancer in the elderly. Methods the medical records of 152 patients with cervical cancer treated for the first time in the past 10 years from January 2006 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The age, HPV infection, pathological classification and KPB score were evaluated. Tumor size, distant metastasis, lymph node metastasis, Figo stage and treatment methods were correlated with the single factor of prognosis (蠂 ~ 2 test) and multivariate Cox regression model. Results among the many risk factors, the differentiation degree was low, the tumor diameter and Figo stage were late, the 5-year survival rate of the patients with lymph nodes and distant metastasis was lower, and the prognosis was not significantly correlated with the treatment methods. Conclusion the degree of differentiation, tumor diameter and Figo stage, lymph nodes, distant metastasis and treatment are independent risk factors for the prognosis of the elderly patients with cervical cancer treated for the first time.
