【摘要】：目的了解婦產(chǎn)科就診患者感染人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)型別分布情況,并分析感染發(fā)生相關(guān)因素,為臨床抗感染治療提供指導(dǎo)。方法選取2012-2015年醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科就診的患者5 198例,篩查患者感染HPV分型。采集患者標本提取DNA,使用HPV核酸擴增分型檢測試劑盒檢測分型情況,采取問卷調(diào)查方式統(tǒng)計受試者年齡、流產(chǎn)次數(shù)、性伴侶數(shù)、吸煙史及避孕方式等,對感染發(fā)生相關(guān)因素進行分析。結(jié)果 2012-2015年收集的5 198例患者中,HPV感染1 030例,感染率為19.82%;各年度HPV感染率分別為23.20%、21.84%、19.97%和18.48%。HPV單型感染菌株333株,單型檢出率為6.41%;HPV多型感染菌株867株,多型檢出率為16.68%。2012-2015年患者HPV感染型別分別為HPV16、HPV52、HPV58、HPV18、HPV33、HPV11、HPV56、HPV68、HPV31、HPV51、HPV59、HPV35和HPV39型,各型別檢出率分別為18.25%、15.92%、11.08%、8.92%、8.08%、6.92%、6.08%、5.75%、5.08%、5.08%、3.92%、2.83%和2.08%。相關(guān)因素分析發(fā)現(xiàn),患者年齡和避孕方式不是影響HPV感染的相關(guān)因素;流產(chǎn)≥3次、性伴侶數(shù)≥2個以及有吸煙史是HPV感染的危險因素(χ2=112.9122、350.4139、347.1738,P均0.01)。結(jié)論 2012-2015年婦科患者染HPV感染率呈下降趨勢,主要感染型別為HPV16、HPV52和HPV58型;且性伴侶數(shù)、流產(chǎn)次數(shù)以及吸煙史是影響HPV感染發(fā)生的相關(guān)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution of HPV-infected patients in obstetrics and gynecology, and to analyze the related factors of infection in order to provide guidance for clinical anti-infection therapy. Methods 5 198 patients with gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital from 2012 to 2015 were selected to screen for HPV typing. HPV nucleic acid amplification assay kit was used to detect the type of patients. The age of subjects, the number of miscarriages, the number of sexual partners, the history of smoking and the methods of contraception were counted by questionnaire survey. The related factors of infection were analyzed. Results among the 5 198 patients collected from 2012 to 2015, 1 030 cases (19.82%) were infected with HPV, and the infection rate of HPV in each year was 23. 20%, 19. 84% and 333 strains of 18.48%.HPV monotype, respectively, and the detection rate of single type was 6. 41% and 867 strains respectively.
