【摘要】：妊娠期精神疾病的治療面臨許多挑戰(zhàn)。改良電休克治療(MECT)安全、起效快、不良反應(yīng)少,可作為妊娠期精神疾病的首要治療手段。急性期患者,尤其是自殺觀念患者獲益更明顯。文章主要探討MECT在妊娠期精神疾病治療中的優(yōu)勢,對孕婦和胎兒的風(fēng)險及處理原則等。通過在治療前進(jìn)行評估,在治療期間及治療后密切監(jiān)測,能有效減少孕婦及胎兒的并發(fā)癥,如陰道流血、胎心律失常、早產(chǎn)等。綜合來看,MECT是治療妊娠期精神疾病安全有效的措施。
[Abstract]:The treatment of mental disorders complicating pregnancy faces many challenges. Modified electroshock therapy (MECT) is safe, effective and less adverse. It can be used as the primary treatment for mental disorders during pregnancy. The benefits were more pronounced in patients with acute stage, especially in suicidal patients. This paper mainly discusses the advantages of MECT in the treatment of mental disorders complicating pregnancy, the risk of pregnant women and fetuses and the principles of treatment. By evaluating before treatment and monitoring closely during and after treatment, complications of pregnancy and fetus, such as vaginal bleeding, fetal arrhythmia, premature delivery and so on, can be effectively reduced. Generally speaking, MECT is a safe and effective measure for the treatment of mental disorders complicating pregnancy.
