【摘要】：目的探討微小分子RNA(microRNA-21,miR-21)在宮頸癌患者組織中的表達(dá)情況。方法選擇宮頸鱗癌20例作為宮頸癌組,其中12例HPV16陽性,8例HPV16陰性;正常宮頸16例作為對(duì)照組,采用實(shí)時(shí)定量PCR方法檢測(cè)miR-21在各組中的表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果 MiR-21在宮頸癌和對(duì)照組中的相對(duì)表達(dá)量為4.019±0.002;MiR-21在HPV16陽性宮頸癌組和陰性組的相對(duì)表達(dá)量分別為2.376±0.034和2.002±0.024,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 miR-21在宮頸癌組織中呈高表達(dá),可能與宮頸癌發(fā)生、發(fā)展有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of microRNA-21 miR-21 in patients with cervical cancer. Methods Twenty cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma were selected as cervical cancer group, of which 12 cases were HPV16 positive and 8 cases were HPV16 negative, and 16 cases of normal cervix as control group. The expression of miR-21 in each group was detected by real-time quantitative PCR. Results the relative expression of MiR-21 in cervical carcinoma and control group was 2.376 鹵0.034 and 2.002 鹵0.024, respectively (P 0.05). Conclusion there is a high expression of miR-21 in cervical carcinoma, which may be related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
