【摘要】：目的探討神經(jīng)肌肉刺激聯(lián)合中藥紅子湯灌腸治療慢性盆腔炎性不孕癥的效果。方法收集860例慢性盆腔炎性不孕癥患者,隨機(jī)分為治療組、對(duì)照組各430例。治療組采用神經(jīng)肌肉刺激聯(lián)合紅子湯灌腸治療3個(gè)月;對(duì)照組單純采用紅子湯灌腸治療3個(gè)月。治療前及治療3個(gè)月后行子宮輸卵管造影術(shù)檢查雙側(cè)輸卵管通暢情況及臨床妊娠情況。治療后6個(gè)月評(píng)價(jià)臨床療效。治療前后分別采集兩組患者的靜脈血,以ELISA法檢測(cè)血清IL-10水平。結(jié)果兩組治療后輸卵管阻塞率均較治療前降低,治療后觀察組輸卵管阻塞率低于對(duì)照組(P均0.05)。對(duì)照組、觀察組臨床妊娠分別為132、182例,觀察組臨床妊娠率高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。對(duì)照組痊愈132例、有效231例、無(wú)效67例、總有效率為84.42%,觀察組分別為182、243、5例及98.84%,觀察組總有效率高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。兩組治療后血清IL-10水平均高于治療前,治療后治療組血清IL-10水平高于對(duì)照組(P均0.05)。結(jié)論神經(jīng)肌肉刺激聯(lián)合中藥紅子湯灌腸可有效治療慢性盆腔炎性不孕癥患者的盆腔炎癥,改善輸卵管通暢情況,從而提高臨床妊娠率。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of neuromuscular stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine Hongzi decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory infertility. Methods 860 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory infertility were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 430) and control group (n = 430). The treatment group was treated with neuromuscular stimulation combined with Hongzi decoction enema for 3 months, while the control group was treated with Hongzi decoction enema for 3 months. The patency of bilateral fallopian tubes and pregnancy were examined by hysterosalpingography before treatment and 3 months after treatment. The clinical effect was evaluated 6 months after treatment. Venous blood samples were collected before and after treatment and serum IL-10 levels were measured by ELISA method. Results after treatment, the oviduct obstruction rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The clinical pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). In the control group, 132 cases were cured, 231 cases were effective, 67 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 84.4222.The total effective rate in the observation group was 182243 cases and 98.84%, respectively. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the serum IL-10 level in both groups was higher than that before treatment, and the serum IL-10 level in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Neuromuscular stimulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine Hongzi decoction enema can effectively treat pelvic inflammation in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory infertility and improve the patency of fallopian tubes, thus increasing the clinical pregnancy rate.
