【摘要】：目的探討CX43蛋白在子宮內膜息肉(EP)中的表達及意義。方法隨機選取存檔石蠟標本共79例,為2011年1月至2013年5月于西安交通大學第二附屬醫(yī)院婦產科就診的EP及因其他子宮內膜疾病診刮患者的術后病檢組織,其中病例組共44例EP組織(其中增殖期18例,分泌期15例,絕經(jīng)后11例),對照組共35例正常子宮內膜組織(其中增殖期12例,分泌期12例,絕經(jīng)后11例)。采用免疫組化法檢測CX43蛋白在正常子宮內膜及EP絕經(jīng)前、后期的表達情況,并分析與臨床指標的關系。結果對照組及EP組中CX43蛋白的表達可見于子宮內膜腺上皮細胞及腺體周圍的間質細胞中。EP組CX43蛋白陽性率較對照組降低,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。CX43蛋白在增殖期和分泌期EP中的陽性率相近,在絕經(jīng)后EP中的陽性率較絕經(jīng)前降低,但差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。EP中CX43蛋白的陽性表達與高血壓及息肉數(shù)目無相關性。結論 CX43蛋白在EP中的表達降低,在EP發(fā)生發(fā)展過程中可能起著重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression and significance of CX43 protein in endometrial polyps. Methods from January 2011 to May 2013, 79 paraffin wax specimens were randomly selected from EP patients in the second affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University and postoperative biopsy tissues of patients with other endometrial diseases, who were treated with gynecology and obstetrics in the second affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from January 2011 to May 2013. There were 44 cases of EP in the case group (18 cases in proliferative phase, 15 cases in secretory phase, 11 cases in postmenopausal phase) and 35 cases in control group (12 cases in proliferative phase, 12 cases in secretory phase and 11 cases in postmenopausal stage). Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CX43 protein in normal endometrium and premenopausal and postmenopausal period, and to analyze the relationship between the expression of CX43 protein and clinical indexes. Results the expression of CX43 protein in the control group and EP group was lower than that in the control group. The positive rate of CX43 protein in the endometrial glandular epithelial cells and stromal cells around the glandular epithelium was lower than that in the control group. The positive rate of P0.05. CX43 protein was similar in proliferative phase and secretory phase, and decreased in postmenopausal EP, and the positive rate of CX43 protein in postmenopausal EP was lower than that in postmenopausal EP. The positive expression of CX43 protein was not correlated with hypertension and the number of polyps. Conclusion the decreased expression of CX43 protein in EP may play an important role in the development of EP.
