【摘要】：牙發(fā)育是復(fù)雜信號(hào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)控的牙源性上皮和神經(jīng)嵴來(lái)源牙源性間充質(zhì)之間交互作用的結(jié)果,遺傳因素及環(huán)境因素在此過(guò)程中均發(fā)揮重要作用。母體是胎兒生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育的主要載體,孕期母體健康和環(huán)境暴露對(duì)胎兒和兒童牙發(fā)育具有較大影響。本文根據(jù)不同類型的孕期母體環(huán)境因素,重點(diǎn)從環(huán)境內(nèi)分泌干擾物、多種化學(xué)物質(zhì)的聯(lián)合作用及母體健康等三個(gè)方面對(duì)胎兒和兒童牙發(fā)育的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題進(jìn)行綜述,探討了孕期環(huán)境因素在釉質(zhì)發(fā)育缺陷、磨牙切牙礦化不全、氟牙癥、多生牙及先天性缺牙等牙發(fā)育異常中的作用,為從生命早期預(yù)防牙發(fā)育異常、評(píng)估牙發(fā)育異常風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、進(jìn)行牙發(fā)育相關(guān)咨詢、促進(jìn)兒童口腔健康管理提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Tooth development is the result of interaction between odontogenic epithelium regulated by complex signal network and odontogenic mesenchymal derived from neural crest. Genetic and environmental factors play an important role in this process. Maternal body is the main carrier of fetal growth and development. Maternal health and environmental exposure during pregnancy have great influence on the development of fetus and children's teeth. According to different maternal environmental factors during pregnancy, the key issues of fetal and child tooth development were reviewed from three aspects: environmental endocrine disruptors, combined effects of various chemicals and maternal health. The role of environmental factors in enamel development defect, molar incisor mineralization, fluorosis, multiple teeth and congenital tooth defects was discussed in order to prevent tooth development abnormality and evaluate the risk of tooth development abnormality from the early life stage. To provide theoretical basis for dental development counseling to promote oral health management of children.
