【摘要】：目的隨著癌癥患者生存率的提高,生育力保存(fertility preservation,FP)技術(shù)逐漸受到國內(nèi)外輔助生殖技術(shù)研究學者的關(guān)注,綜述MSCs在女性FP中的研究進展。方法廣泛查閱近年來有關(guān)FP中應(yīng)用MSCs的文獻,并進行總結(jié)。結(jié)果 MSCs具有來源豐富、易分離擴增、可多向分化及遷移的能力,還可避免引起倫理道德、法律法規(guī)爭議,對受損卵巢組織、生殖內(nèi)分泌紊亂具有修復(fù)作用。另外,MSCs可在特定情況下誘導(dǎo)分化為卵母細胞樣細胞,可為實驗和臨床研究提供細胞來源。結(jié)論 MSCs在未來實驗及臨床領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用具有巨大潛力,為FP技術(shù)的研究提供了新思路。
[Abstract]:Objective with the improvement of survival rate of cancer patients, fertility preservation technology has been paid more and more attention by domestic and foreign assisted reproductive technology researchers, and the research progress of MSCs in female FP is reviewed. Methods the literatures about the application of MSCs in FP in recent years were reviewed and summarized. Results MSCs had rich sources, easy to separate and amplify, could differentiate and migrate in many ways, and could avoid the disputes of ethics, laws and regulations. It could repair the damaged ovarian tissue and reproductive endocrine disorder. In addition, MSCs can be induced to differentiate into oocyte like cells under specific conditions, which can provide a source of cells for experimental and clinical research. Conclusion the application of MSCs in the future experimental and clinical fields has great potential and provides a new idea for the study of FP technology.
