【摘要】：目的:探討男性年齡對體外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治療結(jié)局的影響。方法:按照男方年齡將接受常規(guī)IVF-ET治療的188對夫婦分為四組:年齡31歲組53例,31~35歲組78例,36~40歲組37例,40歲組20例。分析男方年齡對IVF-ET治療結(jié)局的影響。結(jié)果:本研究中各組間女方年齡、不孕年限、內(nèi)膜厚度、基礎(chǔ)FSH值、Gn總量、獲卵總數(shù)、MII卵數(shù)、可移植胚胎率、優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎率等結(jié)果比較均無顯著性差異(P0.05),男方精液體積、精子密度、前向運動精子比率均無明顯差異(P0.05),36~40歲組(9.3±3.0)和40歲組(9.5±2.6)的正常形態(tài)精子比率顯著低于31歲組(13.5±2.8)和31~35歲組(12.6±2.7)(P0.05),而且36~40歲組的受精率(76.6%)顯著低于31歲組(83.1%)和31~35歲組(81.4%)(P0.05)。另外,31歲、31~35歲、36~40歲、40歲組的著床率分別為:50.91%、41.32%、21.35%、23.4%(P0.05),妊娠率分別為64.15%、62.82%、40.54%、45.0%(P0.05),均呈一定的下降趨勢。而各組間的流產(chǎn)率無顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:隨著年齡的增長,正常形態(tài)精子比率及IVF的受精率、胚胎著床率及妊娠率呈現(xiàn)下降的趨勢,但仍需進一步的研究。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of male age on the outcome of IVF-ETS. Methods: according to the age of the male, 188 couples who received routine IVF-ET treatment were divided into four groups: 53 cases of age 31 years old group, 78 cases of 35 years old group, 37 cases of 40 years old group and 20 cases of 40 years old group. To analyze the influence of male's age on the outcome of IVF-ET treatment. Results: there were no significant differences in age, infertile years, intimal thickness, total number of basic FSH value (Gn), total number of eggs obtained, transferable embryo rate, rate of high quality embryo, and male semen volume among the three groups. There was no significant difference in sperm density and forward motility spermatozoa ratio between the three groups (P 0.05 鹵3.0) and 40 years old (9.5 鹵2.6). The normal sperm rate was significantly lower than that of the 31 years old group (13.5 鹵2.8) and the 31 35 year old group (12.6 鹵2.7 P0.05), and the fertilization rate of the 3640 year old group was significantly lower than that of the 31 year old group (83.1%) and the 31 1 + 35 year old group (81.4%). In addition, the implantation rates of 31 years old and 35 years old and 40 years old group were respectively: 1: 50.91 and 41.32 + 21.35% respectively. The pregnancy rates were 64.15 and 62.822,40.54 respectively, and the pregnancy rates were 64.15, 62.82 and 40.54, respectively, showing a certain downward trend. There was no significant difference in abortion rate among groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: with the increase of age, the rate of normal sperm morphology, fertilization rate of IVF, embryo implantation rate and pregnancy rate are decreasing, but further research is needed.
