【摘要】：目的探討中藥坤泰膠囊在卵巢儲備功能降低的不孕癥患者中的應用。方法選擇自2013年10月31日至2015年10月31日在我院生殖醫(yī)學科門診就診的不孕癥患者中,根據(jù)入選標準以及用藥記錄,分為3組,芬嗎通組55例,月經(jīng)第3天測定卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黃體生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)、基礎(chǔ)竇卵泡數(shù)(AFC)、抗苗勒管激素(AMH),開始口服芬嗎通1片qd,連用3個月,月經(jīng)第3天再次測定FSH、LH、E_2、AFC、AMH;坤泰組(芬嗎通+坤泰組)58例,月經(jīng)第3天測定FSH、LH、E_2、AFC、AMH,開始口服芬嗎通1片qd加坤泰膠囊4粒tid,連用3個月,月經(jīng)第3天再次測定FSH、LH、E_2、AFC、AMH;空白對照組(未用藥,自然周期試孕)60例,月經(jīng)第3天測定FSH、LH、E_2、AFC、AMH,3個月后再次測量FSH、LH、E_2、AFC、AMH;比較前后兩次FSH、LH、FSH/LH、E_2、AFC、AMH水平。結(jié)果組內(nèi)比較:芬嗎通組FSH、LH降低,FSH/LH升高,有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),AMH、AFC呈升高趨勢,無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);坤泰組FSH、LH降低、FSH/LH升高,有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),AMH、AFC呈升高趨勢,無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);空白對照組FSH、LH、FSH/LH升高,有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),AFC、AMH降低,有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。組間比較:空白對照組FSH、LH、FSH/LH升高,有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);AFC、AMH降低,有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);芬嗎通組、坤泰組FSH、LH、FSH/LH、AFC、AMH組間比較無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論坤泰膠囊能夠改善卵巢儲備功能,并有助于妊娠。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the application of Kuntai capsule in infertility with decreased ovarian reserve function. Methods from October 31, 2013 to October 31, 2015, the infertile patients in our department of reproductive medicine were divided into 3 groups according to the selection criteria and medication records. On the 3rd day of menstruation, follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), estradiol (E _ 2), basic antral follicle count (AFC), anti-mullerian hormone (AMH) were measured. On the third day of menstruation, the FSHLHHG E2FACAMH was determined again; the Kuntai group (Fenmotonkuntai group, 58 cases), the third day of menstruation, the FSHLHHN2AFCU AMH was measured, and the 4 tids of FSHLHX 1 tablet QD and kuntai capsule were taken orally at the beginning of the 3rd day of menstruation, and on the 3rd day of menstruation, the AFCAMH of FSHLHX E2 was determined again; the blank control group (no medication, no drug) was used to determine AFCAMH again. In 60 cases of natural cycle pregnancy, AMH was measured on the 3rd day of menstruation. After 3 months, the AMHs of FSHLH2 were measured again, and the levels of AMH of FSHLH2 / FSHLHG / E2AFCAMH were measured twice before and after the comparison. Results Intra-group comparison: FSHP LH decreased and FSHP / LH increased in FSHP group, but there was a significant increase in AFC in FSHP group, but no significant difference was found in AFC in FSHL group, FSHP LH decreased and AMHAP AFC in FSHP group increased, but AMHAP AFC in FSHP group showed an increasing trend with no statistical significance (P0.05), while in control group, FSHP LHH / FSHP / LH increased in the control group, while in the control group, the level of FSHP / LH increased in the FSHL group, but there was no significant difference in the AFC between the two groups (P < 0 05). There was a significant decrease of AFCU AMH in P0.05 (P 0.05). Comparison between groups: in the blank control group, the level of FSH / LH in FSHLH / FSH / LH was increased, and the AMH of AFCU was significantly decreased (P 0.05) in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the FSHLH / LHH / LHH / AFCU AMH group in the FSHLHX / LHX / LHX / AFCU AMH group (P 0.05), while in the FSHL group, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion Kun Tai capsule can improve ovarian reserve function and help pregnancy.
