【摘要】：目的探討宮腔鏡檢查在不良孕產(chǎn)史患者中的診斷作用。方法采集2013年9月至2015年6月就診首都醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬復(fù)興醫(yī)院宮腔鏡中心的454例不良孕產(chǎn)史患者行宮腔鏡檢查術(shù),對其結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果454例不良孕產(chǎn)史患者中,宮腔粘連213例(46.92%),子宮畸形86例(18.98%),宮頸機(jī)能不全27例(5.59%),子宮黏膜下肌瘤18例(3.96%),子宮內(nèi)膜息肉15例(3.30%),胚物殘留5例(1.10%),子宮內(nèi)膜增生3例(0.66%),子宮內(nèi)膜結(jié)核2例(0.44%),子宮內(nèi)膜炎2例(0.44%);自然流產(chǎn)次數(shù)與宮腔粘連發(fā)生率呈正相關(guān)(P0.05),與嚴(yán)重程度無明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論宮腔鏡檢查操作簡單、安全高效、并發(fā)癥少,在不良孕產(chǎn)史患者的診斷中具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy in patients with poor pregnancy and birth history. Methods from September 2013 to June 2015, 454 patients with adverse pregnancy and labor history were examined by hysteroscopy in the Center of hysteroscopy of Renaissance Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University, and the results were analyzed. Results of the 454 patients with adverse pregnancy and birth history, There were 213 cases of uterine adhesion, 86 cases of uterine malformation, 27 cases of cervical insufficiency, 18 cases of submucous myoma, 15 cases of endometrial polyp, 5 cases of residual embryo, 3 cases of endometrial hyperplasia, 2 cases of endometrial tuberculosis and 0.44% of endometrial tuberculosis. There was a positive correlation between the frequency of spontaneous abortion and the incidence of intrauterine adhesion (P0.05), but there was no significant correlation between the frequency of spontaneous abortion and the severity of the disease. Conclusion hysteroscopy is simple, safe and effective, and has less complications, which is of great significance in the diagnosis of patients with poor history of pregnancy and childbirth.
