【摘要】：目的分析腹腔鏡微創(chuàng)手術(shù)治療良性卵巢囊腫的效果。方法選取2014年3月~2015年10月我院所收治的40例良性卵巢囊腫患者,將其隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組(采用傳統(tǒng)開(kāi)腹囊腫切除術(shù)治療)和觀察組(采用腹腔鏡微創(chuàng)手術(shù)治療),各20例,觀察比較兩組患者的效果。結(jié)果經(jīng)比較發(fā)現(xiàn),兩組治療方式對(duì)患者卵巢功能的影響無(wú)明顯差異;但觀察組患者在手術(shù)時(shí)間、手術(shù)中出血量、排氣時(shí)間及住院時(shí)間方面均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論腹腔鏡微創(chuàng)手術(shù)在治療良性卵巢囊腫中具有較高的臨床價(jià)值,能夠顯著的幫助患者改善癥狀,縮短治療時(shí)間,利于患者的身體得到快速恢復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effect of laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery on benign ovarian cyst. Methods from March 2014 to October 2015, 40 patients with benign ovarian cysts were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (treated by traditional open cyst resection) and the observation group (20 cases each by laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery). To observe and compare the effect of two groups of patients. Results there was no significant difference in ovarian function between the two groups, but the patients in the observation group were better than the control group in the operation time, the amount of bleeding during operation, the time of exhaust and the length of hospitalization, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery has a high clinical value in the treatment of benign ovarian cysts. It can significantly help patients to improve their symptoms, shorten the time of treatment, and facilitate the rapid recovery of patients.
