【摘要】：醫(yī)源性多胎妊娠(IMP)是指經(jīng)醫(yī)療干預(yù)而獲得的多胎妊娠。隨著輔助生殖技術(shù)(ART)的發(fā)展,其發(fā)生率明顯升高。IMP與控制性卵巢刺激的應(yīng)用及向?qū)m腔內(nèi)移植多個胚胎有直接關(guān)系。多胎妊娠婦女各系統(tǒng)負擔(dān)加重,妊娠期母兒并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率高、病情重,減胎術(shù)是改善妊娠結(jié)局的主要手段。從根本上講,IMP重在預(yù)防,應(yīng)嚴(yán)格掌握超排卵治療的指征、嚴(yán)格掌握排卵誘導(dǎo)藥物的使用和控制移植胚胎數(shù)目。
[Abstract]:Iatrogenic multiple pregnancy (IMP) refers to multiple pregnancy obtained by medical intervention. With the development of assisted reproductive technology (ART), the incidence of IMP was significantly increased. IMP was directly related to the application of controlled ovarian stimulation and the transfer of multiple embryos into uterine cavity. The burden of multiple pregnancy systems is increased, the incidence of maternal and fetal complications during pregnancy is high, the disease is serious, the reduction of pregnancy is the main means to improve the outcome of pregnancy. It is essential for IMP to focus on prevention. It is necessary to strictly grasp the indications of hyperovulation therapy, the use of ovulation inducing drugs and the control of the number of embryos transferred.
