【摘要】：目的探究分析胎盤(pán)組織缺氧誘導(dǎo)因子-1α(HIF-1α)和內(nèi)皮素-1(ET-1)表達(dá)對(duì)糖尿病妊娠的影響。方法分別選取糖尿病妊娠患者30例(糖尿病妊娠組)、妊娠期糖尿病患者30例(妊娠糖尿病組)以及正常孕婦30例(對(duì)照組)。采用免疫組織化學(xué)法SP法測(cè)定EF-1及HIF-1α蛋白的含量,比較并分析各組檢測(cè)結(jié)果差異及其對(duì)糖尿病妊娠結(jié)局的影響。結(jié)果糖尿病妊娠患者胎盤(pán)組織EF-1及HIF-1α蛋白陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率顯著高于妊娠糖尿病患者及對(duì)照組(P0.05),糖尿病妊娠患者的產(chǎn)后出血、胎兒生長(zhǎng)受限及妊娠高血壓等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率(50.00%)顯著高于妊娠糖尿病患者(30.00%)及對(duì)照組(10.00%),各組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論胎盤(pán)組織EF-1及HIF-1α蛋白表達(dá)情況對(duì)糖尿病妊娠患者的妊娠結(jié)局具有不良影響,EF-1及HIF-1α蛋白陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率越高,妊娠并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率明顯增加,胎盤(pán)損害越嚴(yán)重。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of hypoxia inducible factor 1 偽 (HIF-1 偽) and endothelin 1 (et 1) expression on gestational diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods 30 cases of diabetic pregnancy (DM group), 30 cases of gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM group) and 30 normal pregnant women (control group) were selected. The contents of EF-1 and HIF-1 偽 protein were determined by SP immunohistochemical method. The difference of the results of each group and its effect on the pregnancy outcome of diabetes mellitus were compared and analyzed. Results the positive expression rate of EF-1 and HIF-1 偽 protein in placenta of patients with diabetes mellitus was significantly higher than that of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and control group (P 0.05). The incidence of complications such as fetal growth restriction and pregnancy-induced hypertension was significantly higher than that of gestational diabetes mellitus (P 0.05). Conclusion the expression of EF-1 and HIF-1 偽 protein in placenta has adverse effect on the pregnancy outcome of diabetic pregnancy. The higher the positive expression rate of HIF-1 偽 and EF-1 protein is, the higher the incidence of pregnancy complications is and the more serious the placental damage is.
