【摘要】：目的了解成都地區(qū)女性宮頸脫落細胞人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)感染狀況和基因分布特征,為本地區(qū)女性HPV感染提供流行病學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采集成都地區(qū)58 650例女性宮頸脫落細胞,采用HPV基因分型方法檢測23種HPV基因型的分布、年齡特征、感染模式。結(jié)果 58 650例女性中,感染HPV 12 399例,HPV陽性率為21.14%。其中高危型、低危型、高危和低�；旌细腥拘突颊叻謩e占71.81%、12.16%、16.03%。18種高危型HPV的感染率由高到低依次為52、16、58、53、51、68、56、18、59、33、66、39、31、35、45、83、73、82,5種低危型HPV的感染率由高到低依次為81、43、42、6、11�？偢腥韭�、高危型感染率、高低混合型感染率、多重感染率的感染高峰年齡段均為20歲和≥60歲,30~50歲年齡段感染率最低;低危型感染率和一重感染率的高峰年齡段均為≤20歲。HPV感染模式中單一感染占72.30%,多重感染占27.70%(以二重感染為主)。20歲和≥60歲年齡段患者以多重感染為主。結(jié)論成都地區(qū)女性HPV基因分型感染率隨年齡呈U形分布;應(yīng)加強對20歲和≥60歲女性HPV感染的監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status and gene distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in female cervical exfoliated cells in Chengdu, and to provide epidemiological basis for female HPV infection in Chengdu. Methods 58 650 female cervical exfoliated cells were collected from Chengdu area. The distribution, age characteristics and infection pattern of 23 HPV genotypes were detected by HPV genotyping.
