精子頂體精氨酸酰胺酶測定在體外受精-胚胎移植妊娠結(jié)局中的價值研究

【摘要】:目的研究精子頂體精氨酸酰胺酶在體外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)中的應(yīng)用價值。方法選擇349個IVF治療周期,其中精氨酸酰胺酶高值組162個周期,精氨酸酰胺酶低值組187個周期。比較兩組間的受精率、正常受精率、卵裂率、優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎率以及新鮮移植周期的生化妊娠率、臨床妊娠率、流產(chǎn)率及活產(chǎn)率等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果精子精氨酸酰胺酶高值組的受精率(78.74%)高于低值組(76.07%,P0.05),而卵裂率高值組(98.24%)低于低值組(99.58%,P0.05)。兩組間正常受精率和優(yōu)質(zhì)胚胎率比較無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異。高值組新鮮移植周期的臨床妊娠率(58.75%)及活產(chǎn)率(52.50%)均明顯高于低值組(44.00%,P0.05;33.00%,P0.01)。兩組間生化妊娠率和流產(chǎn)率比較無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論精子精氨酸酰胺酶活性與IVF-ET精卵結(jié)合有一定關(guān)系,并對妊娠結(jié)局有一定的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the application value of sperm acrosome arginine acylase in IVF-ETS. Methods A total of 349 IVF cycles were selected, including 162 cycles in the high value group and 187 cycles in the low value group. The fertilization rate, normal fertilization rate, cleavage rate, high quality embryo rate, biochemical pregnancy rate, clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate and live delivery rate were compared between the two groups. Results the fertilization rate (78.74) in the high value group of arginase was higher than that in the low value group (76.07%), while the cleavage rate in the high value group (98.24%) was lower than that in the low value group (99.58%). There was no significant difference in normal fertilization rate and high quality embryo rate between the two groups. The clinical pregnancy rate (58.75) and live birth rate (52.50) in the high value group were significantly higher than those in the low value group (44.00%, P 0.05 and 33.00%, P 0.01). There was no significant difference in biochemical pregnancy rate and abortion rate between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion there is a certain relationship between sperm arginine acylase activity and IVF-ET spermatozoa binding, and it has a certain guiding effect on pregnancy outcome.
