【摘要】：目的探討分析外周血血紅蛋白、血小板計(jì)數(shù)、血漿纖維蛋白原及D-二聚體檢測對孕晚期產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后出血的預(yù)測效果。方法選取產(chǎn)后出血產(chǎn)婦34例作為觀察組,正常產(chǎn)婦35例作為對照組,觀察并比較兩組產(chǎn)婦的出血情況。結(jié)果觀察兩組產(chǎn)婦纖維蛋白原、D-二聚體、血小板計(jì)數(shù)及血紅蛋白水平,發(fā)現(xiàn)兩組產(chǎn)婦各指標(biāo)差異未見統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察纖維蛋白原、D-二聚體、血小板計(jì)數(shù)及血紅蛋白水平的預(yù)測情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)纖維蛋白和D-二聚體的預(yù)測價(jià)值較大,血小板計(jì)數(shù)及血紅蛋白無檢測價(jià)值。結(jié)論外周血血紅蛋白、血小板計(jì)數(shù)、血漿纖維蛋白原及D-二聚體對孕期產(chǎn)婦產(chǎn)后出血的預(yù)測效果顯著,具有一定的預(yù)測價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the predictive effect of peripheral blood hemoglobin, platelet count, plasma fibrinogen and D-dimer on postpartum hemorrhage in late pregnant women. Methods 34 cases of puerpera with postpartum hemorrhage were selected as observation group and 35 cases of normal parturient as control group. Results the levels of fibrinogen D-dimer, platelet count and hemoglobin in the two groups were observed, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P 0.05). The prediction of fibrinogen D-dimer, platelet count and hemoglobin level was observed. It was found that the predictive value of fibrin and D-dimer was great, but the platelet count and hemoglobin were not detected. Conclusion Peripheral blood hemoglobin, platelet count, plasma fibrinogen and D-dimer can predict postpartum hemorrhage in pregnant women.
