【摘要】：正腦穿通畸形與腦積水在胎兒期鑒別診斷至關(guān)重要,腦穿通畸形的發(fā)病率據(jù)文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道僅占顱內(nèi)良性囊腫的0.3%~0.9%,其中87%的患者為單側(cè)腦穿通畸形,雙側(cè)畸形者罕見(jiàn),通過(guò)超聲檢查較難明確診斷。筆者統(tǒng)計(jì)了2012年1月-2015年1月本院胎兒產(chǎn)前MRI檢查共4032例,其中明確診斷腦穿通畸形病例9例,8例為單側(cè),僅有1例為雙側(cè)腦穿通畸形。筆者將該例典型患者進(jìn)行報(bào)告。病例孕婦,36歲,孕2產(chǎn)0,孕23 W~(+2),來(lái)我院超聲科
[Abstract]:The differential diagnosis of positive cerebral perforating deformity and hydrocephalus is very important for the differential diagnosis of fetal stage. The incidence of brain perforating deformity is only 0.3%~0.9% of benign intracranial cysts according to the literature. 87% of them are unilateral brain perforating deformities, bilateral deformities are rare, and the diagnosis is difficult to be diagnosed by ultrasonic examination. The author of this study was made in January 2012, -2015 and January. There were 4032 cases of prenatal MRI examination, of which 9 cases were clearly diagnosed as brain perforating malformation, 8 cases were unilateral, and only 1 cases were bilateral cerebral perforating deformities. The typical cases were reported. The case pregnant woman, 36 years old, 0 pregnancy 2, and 23 W~ (+2), came to our hospital.
