【摘要】：正促進(jìn)陰道分娩是推廣新產(chǎn)程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的目的,更新產(chǎn)程的相關(guān)認(rèn)識(shí)是推廣新產(chǎn)程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的關(guān)鍵。2014年,在中華醫(yī)學(xué)會(huì)婦產(chǎn)科學(xué)分會(huì)產(chǎn)科學(xué)組各位同仁的不懈努力下,首次在國(guó)內(nèi)發(fā)表了"新產(chǎn)程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及處理的專家共識(shí)"[1],同期刊發(fā)了述評(píng)文章"關(guān)注和采納正常產(chǎn)程和產(chǎn)程異常的新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)"[2]。有了這一專家共識(shí)的支持,即將出版的國(guó)家衛(wèi)計(jì)委住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)教材《婦產(chǎn)科學(xué)》第1版和八年制《婦產(chǎn)科學(xué)》第3版教材在講述正常分娩和異常分娩章節(jié),均采納了新的產(chǎn)程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及處理方案。然而在新產(chǎn)程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及處理的推廣
[Abstract]:Is promoting vaginal delivery is the purpose of promoting the new labor process standards, and updating the relevant knowledge of the birth process is the key to promote the new birth process standard. In 2014, thanks to the unremitting efforts of all my colleagues in the obstetrical section of the Chinese Medical Association of Gynecology and Obstetrics, For the first time, the expert consensus on the Standard and treatment of New Labor process [1] was published in China, and the review article "New Standards for attention and Adoption of normal Labor process and abnormal Labor process" [2] was published at the same time. With the support of this expert consensus, the upcoming standardized training textbook for resident physicians of the State Health and Planning Commission, "Obstetrics and Gynecology," the first edition and the third edition of the eight-year "Gynecology", are dealing with chapters on normal and abnormal delivery.
