【摘要】：正高齡婦女是指年齡超過35周歲的婦女,確切的說是指預(yù)產(chǎn)期時(shí)年齡超過35周歲。國際上公認(rèn)35歲之后婦女的生育能力逐漸下降及母兒不良結(jié)局明顯增加。2016年國內(nèi)"二孩政策"全面開放,迎來高齡婦女的生育高峰。高齡婦女妊娠風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增高,因此孕前必需進(jìn)行心理、病史和體格以及生育功能等全面評(píng)估,以降低母兒不良結(jié)局的發(fā)生率。1高齡婦女孕前心理狀態(tài)的評(píng)估高齡婦女的心理問題普遍存在,多數(shù)并沒有接受相應(yīng)的治療~([1])。孕期及產(chǎn)后心理問題得到社會(huì)各屆
[Abstract]:A woman who is older than 35 years of age, or more than 35 years of age when she is due to give birth. It is internationally accepted that the fertility of women after 35 years of age has gradually decreased and the bad outcome of mothers and children has increased obviously. In 2016, the domestic "two-child policy" was fully opened, and the fertility peak of older women was ushered in.
