【摘要】：目的探討內(nèi)鏡下腹股溝淋巴結(jié)清掃術(shù)治療外陰癌的可行性及安全性。方法回顧性分析2013年1月至2016年4月在徐州市中心醫(yī)院婦科行內(nèi)鏡下淋巴結(jié)切除的10例外陰癌患者的臨床資料,手術(shù)方法采用三切口側(cè)入法腔鏡下淋巴結(jié)清掃術(shù),觀察其切除淋巴結(jié)數(shù)目、術(shù)中及術(shù)后并發(fā)癥及愈合時(shí)間。結(jié)果 10例患者均順利完成內(nèi)鏡下雙側(cè)腹股溝淋巴結(jié)清掃術(shù),沒(méi)有改為開放手術(shù)病例,手術(shù)時(shí)間80~130 min,平均115 min。清掃淋巴結(jié)數(shù)量每側(cè)5~10個(gè),平均(7.0±3.1)個(gè)。術(shù)中出血20~100 ml,平均75 ml。9例均無(wú)術(shù)中及術(shù)后并發(fā)癥,平均住院天數(shù)10.6 d,1例出現(xiàn)皮膚小面積壞死,住院天數(shù)15 d。結(jié)論內(nèi)鏡下腹股溝淋巴結(jié)清掃術(shù)安全可行,并發(fā)癥少,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the feasibility and safety of endoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection for vulvar carcinoma. Methods the clinical data of 10 patients with vulvar carcinoma who underwent endoscopic lymphadenectomy from January 2013 to April 2016 in Xuzhou Central Hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The number of dissected lymph nodes, intraoperative and postoperative complications and healing time were observed. Results the endoscopic bilateral inguinal lymph node dissection was performed successfully in all the 10 patients. The operation time was 80 ~ 130 min with an average of 115 mins. The number of dissected lymph nodes ranged from 5 to 10 (mean 7.0 鹵3.1). There were no intraoperative or postoperative complications in the patients with intraoperative hemorrhage (20 ~ 100ml), and the average hospitalization time was 10.6 days (1 case) with small area necrosis of skin, and the average hospitalization time was 15 days. Conclusion Endoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection is safe and feasible, and has few complications.
