【摘要】：目的：探索圍生期產(chǎn)婦健康素養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),編制適合我國的圍生期產(chǎn)婦健康素養(yǎng)量表,并進行信、效度評估。 方法：以衛(wèi)生部2012頒布的《母嬰健康素養(yǎng)----基本知識與技能(試行)》55條為藍本,綜合相關(guān)文獻,針對圍生期產(chǎn)婦自身及對新生兒撫養(yǎng)的健康素養(yǎng),編制相應(yīng)測評量表。根據(jù)Delphi專家函詢法經(jīng)過兩輪、7位專家函詢的反饋建議,修改完善量表條目池,形成圍生期產(chǎn)婦自身及對新生兒撫養(yǎng)健康素養(yǎng)量表(調(diào)查版)。運用此調(diào)查版量表,采用整群抽樣方法,抽取長沙市三所三級甲等醫(yī)院350名圍生期產(chǎn)婦進行問卷調(diào)查。調(diào)查結(jié)果采用Epidata3.02建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,運用SPSS19.0及LISREL8.70軟件通過t檢驗法、反應(yīng)度分析、相關(guān)系數(shù)法、因子分析法、可靠性分析對量表條目進行篩選。保留條目組成圍生期產(chǎn)婦健康素養(yǎng)量表(測試版),對量表的內(nèi)部一致性信度、內(nèi)容效度、結(jié)構(gòu)效度進行檢驗。 結(jié)果：1、編制成的圍生期產(chǎn)婦健康素養(yǎng)量表(測試版)包含34個條目,分為基本知識與理念、生活方式與行為、基本技能三個維度。經(jīng)篩選后量表的反應(yīng)度和區(qū)分度均較好； 2、量表總克朗巴赫α系數(shù)為0.819,表示所制成量表的內(nèi)部一致性信度較好； 3、探索性因子分析提取3個公因子,累積方差貢獻率34.65%,驗證性因子分析模型評價指標(biāo)中,x2/df為2.47,RMSEA為0.067,NFI為0.81,NNFI為0.88,CFI為0.88,表明量表模型結(jié)構(gòu)擬合,結(jié)構(gòu)效度尚可接受。 結(jié)論編制成的圍生期產(chǎn)婦健康素養(yǎng)量表(測試版)信、效度尚可接受,為有效、敏感的測評工具,可為圍生期產(chǎn)婦健康素養(yǎng)測評提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the structure of perinatal maternal health literacy and to compile perinatal health literacy scale and evaluate its reliability and validity. Methods: taking 55 items of "Maternal and Child Health Literacy-basic knowledge and skills (trial)" issued by Ministry of Health 2012 as the blueprint, and synthesizing the relevant literature, the relevant scales were compiled for the perinatal women's health literacy and their newborns' upbringing. According to the feedback advice of two rounds and seven experts of Delphi expert inquiry method, the questionnaire pool was modified to form the perinatal maternal health literacy scale for their own and newborn care (investigation version). Using this questionnaire, 350 perinatal parturients in three Grade 3A hospitals in Changsha were investigated by cluster sampling. Results Epidata3.02 was used to establish database and SPSS19.0 and LISREL8.70 software were used to screen the items of the scale by t-test method, reaction degree analysis, correlation coefficient method, factor analysis method and reliability analysis. Perinatal Maternal Health Literacy scale (test version) was used to test the internal consistency reliability, content validity and structural validity of the perinatal maternal health literacy scale. Results the perinatal Maternal Health Literacy scale (test version) consists of 34 items, which are divided into three dimensions: basic knowledge and concept, lifestyle and behavior, and basic skills. After screening, the response and differentiation of the scale were good. 2, the 偽 coefficient of total kronbach was 0.819, which indicated that the internal consistency reliability of the scale was better; 3. Three common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 34.65. In the evaluation index of confirmatory factor analysis, the RMSEA was 2.47% and the NFI was 0.81 NNFI (0.88), which indicated that the model structure fit and the structural validity was acceptable. Conclusion the perinatal perinatal health literacy scale (test version) has acceptable validity. It is an effective and sensitive tool for perinatal maternal health literacy evaluation.
