【摘要】：目的分析多囊卵巢綜合征患者高雄激素血癥與肥胖及胰島素抵抗的相關(guān)性。方法選取2015年1月~2015年12月我院收治的多囊卵巢綜合征(PCOS)患者102例作為觀察組,同期選擇100例正常健康志愿者作為對照組,通過組間比較分析,探討高雄激素血癥與肥胖及胰島素抵抗的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果觀察組BMI、血清FPG、睪酮、LDL-C、HDL-C、TG、TC、HOMA-IR等指標(biāo)與對照組相比,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);將觀察組患者根據(jù)血睪酮水平、肥胖、胰島素抵抗情況分別進(jìn)行分組,分組比較結(jié)果綜合分析可見,HOMA-IR與BIM呈顯著相關(guān)性,與血清睪酮水平無相關(guān)。結(jié)論多囊卵巢綜合征患者肥胖與胰島素抵抗的相關(guān)性獨立于雄激素水平升高。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between hyperandrogenemia and obesity and insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods 102 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected as observation group and 100 healthy volunteers as control group. To investigate the relationship between hyperandrogenemia and obesity and insulin resistance. Results compared with the control group, there were significant differences in BMI, FPG, LDL-Con, HDL-C, TGG and HOMA-IR between the observation group and the control group, and the patients in the observation group were divided into three groups according to the level of serum testosterone, obesity, insulin resistance, and so on, and compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group were divided into three groups: the level of serum testosterone, obesity, insulin resistance, and so on. The results showed that HOMA-IR was significantly correlated with BIM, but had no correlation with serum testosterone level. Conclusion the correlation between obesity and insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome is independent of the increase of androgen level.
