【摘要】：【目的】 檢測子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥患者中雌激素靶基因c-myc和cyclinD1的表達(dá)，探討它們之間是否存在相關(guān)性；分析子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥患者不同分期的c-myc和cyclinD1的表達(dá)是否存在差異；探討病例組中c-myc與cyclinD1的表達(dá)與患者CA125之間是否存在相關(guān)性。 【方法】 依據(jù)診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)入選，，從2012年07月到2013年12月泉州市婦幼保健院開腹或腹腔鏡手術(shù)治療的EMS患者30例為病例組；同期因單純輸卵管病變行手術(shù)治療的患者30例為對照組。采用免疫組化法和real time PCR檢測病例組的在位子宮內(nèi)膜和腹膜異位病灶組織及對照組的子宮內(nèi)膜和正常腹膜組織的c-myc和cyclinD1的表達(dá)情況。 【結(jié)果】 1、一般臨床資料比較：病例組和對照組的年齡無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。 2、C-myc和cyclinD1在病例組的在位子宮內(nèi)膜和腹膜異位病灶組織及對照組的子宮內(nèi)膜和正常腹膜組織中均有表達(dá)。與對照組相比，病例組的在位子宮內(nèi)膜和腹膜異位病灶組織c-myc和cyclinD1呈過度表達(dá)。 3、不同分期的子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥患者的在位子宮內(nèi)膜和腹膜異位病灶組織的c-myc和cyclinD1的表達(dá)無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。 4、在病例組c-myc與cyclinD1的表達(dá)呈顯著正相關(guān)。 5、在病例組中c-myc與cyclinD1的表達(dá)與患者CA125無相關(guān)性。 【結(jié)論】 1、C-myc和cyclinD1在病例組的在位子宮內(nèi)膜和腹膜異位病灶組織的表達(dá)明顯高于對照組在位子宮內(nèi)膜和腹膜組織。 2、C-myc和cyclinD1與子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥有關(guān)，異常表達(dá)的c-myc與cyclinD1協(xié)同加速周期細(xì)胞G1-S進(jìn)展，促進(jìn)細(xì)胞增殖。 3、在病例組中c-myc和cyclinD1的表達(dá)與患者的分期及CA125無相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:[purpose] To detect the expression of estrogen target gene (c-myc) and estrogen target gene (cyclinD1) in patients with endometriosis, to explore the correlation between them, and to analyze the difference of c-myc and cyclinD1 expression in different stages of endometriosis. To investigate the correlation between the expression of c-myc and cyclinD1 and CA125 in patients. [methods] According to the diagnostic criteria, 30 patients with EMS treated by laparoscopy or laparotomy from July 2012 to December 2013 in Quanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the case group, and 30 patients as the control group who underwent surgical treatment for simple fallopian tube disease in the same period. Immunohistochemical method and real time PCR were used to detect the expression of c-myc and cyclinD1 in eutopic endometrium and peritoneal ectopic lesions and the endometrium and normal peritoneum of the control group. [results] 1. Comparison of general clinical data: there was no significant difference in age between the case group and the control group (P 0.05). 2C-myc and cyclinD1 were expressed in eutopic endometrium and peritoneal ectopic lesions, and in endometrium and normal peritoneum of control group. Compared with the control group, c-myc and cyclinD1 were overexpressed in eutopic endometrium and ectopic peritoneal lesions. 3There was no significant difference in the expression of c-myc and cyclinD1 between eutopic endometrium and peritoneal ectopic lesions in patients with different stages of endometriosis (P 0.05). 4. There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of c-myc and cyclinD1 in the case group. 5. There was no correlation between the expression of c-myc and cyclinD1 and CA125. [conclusion] 1the expression of C-myc and cyclinD1 in eutopic endometrium and peritoneal ectopic lesions in the case group was significantly higher than that in the eutopic endometrium and peritoneal tissue of the control group. 2C-myc and cyclinD1 are associated with endometriosis. Abnormal expression of c-myc and cyclinD1 can accelerate the progression of G1-S cells and promote cell proliferation. 3. There was no correlation between the expression of c-myc and cyclinD1 and the stage and CA125 of the patients.
