【摘要】：目的:探討卵巢動(dòng)脈血流指數(shù)對(duì)體外受精-胚胎移植患者妊娠結(jié)局的影響。方法:選取2014年2月至2016年4月進(jìn)行體外受精-胚胎移植的不孕患者136例為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)是否妊娠分為妊娠組與未妊娠組,經(jīng)陰道B超對(duì)兩組患者人絨毛促性腺激素(HCG)日和月經(jīng)第2天(M2)的卵巢動(dòng)脈血流阻力指數(shù)(RI)、搏動(dòng)指數(shù)(PI)及其動(dòng)脈舒張壓血流速度高低比值(S/D)進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè)。并對(duì)兩組血流指數(shù)的差異進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果:與未妊娠組對(duì)比,妊娠組患者M(jìn)2日RI、PI及S/D降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),HCG日RI、PI也顯著降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),S/D無(wú)明顯變化,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。與同組M2日對(duì)比,妊娠組患者HCG日RI及PI均明顯降低,未妊娠組患者HCG日RI及PI也明顯降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),S/D對(duì)比無(wú)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:卵巢動(dòng)脈血流RI及PI與卵巢儲(chǔ)備功能存在密切聯(lián)系,是預(yù)測(cè)體外受精-胚胎移植結(jié)局的有效指標(biāo),能夠?yàn)轶w外受精-胚胎移植技術(shù)的前期準(zhǔn)備及治療提供更科學(xué)的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of ovarian artery blood flow index on pregnancy outcome in IVF-embryo transfer patients. Methods: 136 infertile patients undergoing in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer from February 2014 to April 2016 were selected and divided into pregnancy group and non-pregnancy group according to whether they were pregnant or not. The ovarian artery resistance index (RI), pulsatile index (Pi) and the ratio of diastolic blood flow velocity (DBP) and the ratio of blood flow velocity (S / D) of the two groups were monitored by transvaginal ultrasonography on the day of HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) and the second day of menstruation. The difference of blood flow index between the two groups was analyzed. Results: compared with the non-pregnant group, the RIP and S / D in the M 2 group were significantly lower than those in the non-pregnant group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05 / D), and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). Compared with the same group, the RI and Pi of HCG in pregnancy group were significantly lower than those in the same group, and the RI and Pi of HCG day in non-pregnancy group were significantly lower than those in the same group. There was no significant difference in P 0.05 / S / D comparison between pregnancy group and non-pregnancy group. Conclusion: there is a close relationship between RI and Pi of ovarian artery blood flow and ovarian reserve function, which is an effective index to predict the outcome of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer, and can provide a more scientific basis for the preparation and treatment of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer.
