Gankyrin、β-catenin蛋白與子宮內(nèi)膜腺癌關(guān)系的研究

【摘要】:目的:研究Gankyrin蛋白和β-catenin蛋白在子宮內(nèi)膜腺癌中的表達(dá),以探討兩種蛋白在子宮內(nèi)膜腺癌發(fā)生發(fā)展中的作用。 方法:應(yīng)用免疫組織化學(xué)技術(shù)檢測(cè)46例子宮內(nèi)膜腺癌與l0例正常子宮內(nèi)膜中Gankyrin蛋白和β-catenin蛋白的表達(dá)。探討其與年齡、癌組織肌層浸潤深度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、病理分級(jí)及FIGO分期的關(guān)系。分析二者在子宮內(nèi)膜腺癌組中的相關(guān)性。 結(jié)果: 1. Gankyrin蛋白和β-catenin蛋白在子宮內(nèi)膜腺癌組中的表達(dá)均主要定位在腺上皮的細(xì)胞核與細(xì)胞質(zhì)中,在子宮內(nèi)膜腺癌組中,Gankyrin蛋白和β-catenin蛋白陽性表達(dá)率分別為67.39%和78.26%,均分別高于其在正常子宮內(nèi)膜組中的40.00%和30.00%(P0.05)。 2. Gankyrin蛋白在子宮內(nèi)膜腺癌組中的表達(dá)與年齡、癌組織肌層浸潤深度、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、病理分級(jí)及FIGO分期均無相關(guān)性(P0.05)。 3. β-catenin蛋白在子宮內(nèi)膜腺癌組中的表達(dá)隨著病理分級(jí)、FIGO分期的升高以及淋巴結(jié)的轉(zhuǎn)移而增強(qiáng)(P0.05),而與年齡及癌組織肌層浸潤深度無關(guān)(P0.05)。 4. Gankyrin蛋白與β-catenin蛋白在子宮內(nèi)膜腺癌組中的表達(dá)呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。 結(jié)論: 1. Gankyrin蛋白及β-catenin蛋白在子宮內(nèi)膜腺癌中的表達(dá)均高于其在正常子宮內(nèi)膜中的表達(dá),提示兩者均可能與子宮內(nèi)膜腺癌的發(fā)病有關(guān)。 2. β-catenin蛋白的表達(dá)隨著子宮內(nèi)膜腺癌病理分級(jí)、FIGO分期的升高以及淋巴結(jié)的轉(zhuǎn)移而增強(qiáng),可望作為判斷病情嚴(yán)重程度及預(yù)后的指標(biāo)之一。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the expression of Gankyrin protein and 尾 -catenin protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma. Methods: the expression of Gankyrin protein and 尾 -catenin protein in 46 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma and 10 cases of normal endometrium were detected by immunohistochemistry. To investigate the relationship between age, depth of myometrial invasion, lymph node metastasis, pathological grade and FIGO stage. To analyze the correlation between them in endometrial adenocarcinoma group. Results: 1. The expression of Gankyrin protein and 尾 -catenin protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma was mainly located in the nucleus and cytoplasm of glandular epithelium. The positive rates of Gankyrin protein and 尾 -catenin protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma group were 67.39% and 78.26%, respectively, which were higher than those in normal endometrium group (40.00%) and 30.00-catenin protein (30.005%). 2. There was no correlation between the expression of Gankyrin protein and age, depth of myometrial invasion, lymph node metastasis, pathological grade and FIGO stage in endometrial adenocarcinoma group (P 0.05). 3. The expression of 尾 -catenin protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma increased with the increase of Figo stage and lymph node metastasis, but had no relationship with age and depth of myometrium invasion. 4. There was a positive correlation between the expression of Gankyrin protein and 尾 -catenin protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma group (P 0.05). Conclusion: 1. The expression of Gankyrin protein and 尾 -catenin protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma was higher than that in normal endometrium, suggesting that both of them may be related to the pathogenesis of endometrial adenocarcinoma. 2. The expression of 尾 -catenin protein is increased with the increase of pathological grade and Figo stage of endometrial adenocarcinoma and lymph node metastasis. It is expected to be one of the indexes to judge the severity and prognosis of endometrial adenocarcinoma.
