【摘要】：目的了解孕婦盆底功能障礙性疾病知信行現(xiàn)狀及影響因素,為進(jìn)一步開展孕期健康教育提供理論依據(jù)。方法采用孕期盆底功能障礙知信行量表對(duì)廣東省婦幼保健院常規(guī)產(chǎn)檢的637例孕婦進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果被調(diào)查者孕期盆底功能障礙知信行量表知信行3個(gè)維度得分分別為31.68±7.73、16.41±4.01、10.57±3.00。有85.6%的孕婦表示有興趣了解盆底功能障礙性疾病的相關(guān)知識(shí)。文化程度、是否有興趣了解盆底肌功能障礙性疾病的知識(shí)、孕周是影響孕期女性盆底功能障礙性疾病知信行的主要因素。結(jié)論孕期女性對(duì)盆底功能障礙性疾病的知曉率較低,盆底肌功能鍛煉的依從率也很低。應(yīng)針對(duì)影響因素,采取有效的措施對(duì)孕期女性進(jìn)行針對(duì)性的干預(yù),提高孕期女性對(duì)盆底功能障礙性疾病的預(yù)防水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status quo and influencing factors of pelvic floor dysfunction in pregnant women, and to provide theoretical basis for further health education during pregnancy. Methods A total of 637 pregnant women in Guangdong Maternal and Child Health Hospital were investigated by pelvic floor dysfunction scale. Results the three dimensions of the pelvic floor dysfunction scale in pregnancy were 31.68 鹵7.73 鹵16.41 鹵4.01 鹵10.57 鹵3.00 respectively. 85.6% of pregnant women expressed interest in knowledge of pelvic floor dysfunction. Education level, whether interested in the knowledge of pelvic floor dysfunction disease, gestational age is the main factor that affects the knowledge and practice of pelvic floor dysfunction disease in pregnant women. Conclusion the awareness rate of pelvic floor dysfunction and the compliance rate of pelvic floor muscle exercise are low in pregnant women. According to the influencing factors, effective measures should be taken to improve the prevention level of pelvic floor dysfunction among pregnant women.
