【摘要】：正子宮腺肉瘤最早在1974年由Clement等[1]報道,又稱子宮苗勒管腺肉瘤(uterine mullerian adenosarcoma),是子宮肉瘤的一種罕見類型,由良性腺上皮(偶見非典型腺上皮)和惡性肉瘤間質(zhì)成分組成,約占子宮肉瘤的8%[1]。2005~2012年我院共收治子宮腺肉瘤3例,現(xiàn)報道如下。1病例報告例1,患者,51歲,因陰道不規(guī)則流血20余天于2012年7月13日收入院�；颊咭呀^經(jīng)5年,20天前無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)陰
[Abstract]:Adenosarcoma of the uterus was first reported by Clement et al. [1] in 1974, also known as uterine mullerian adenosarcomaform. It is a rare type of uterine sarcoma. It is composed of benign gonadal epithelium (occasionally atypical glandular epithelium) and stromal components of malignant sarcoma. Three cases of uterine adenosarcoma were treated in our hospital from 2005 to 2012. The following 1 case is reported. The patient is 51 years old and admitted to hospital on July 13, 2012 because of irregular vaginal bleeding for more than 20 days.
