【摘要】：正患者,28歲,藏族,因產(chǎn)后7+月,白帶異常6+月加重1+月,于2017年2月21日就診于四川大學(xué)華西第二醫(yī)院。7+月前,患者于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院足月順產(chǎn)一3.7 kg女嬰,產(chǎn)后1月無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)畏寒、發(fā)熱,最高體溫達39℃,白帶增加,呈水樣、色黃,二便正常。自行服用退燒藥(具體不詳)后緩解,2天后再次出現(xiàn)類似情況,且自行緩解,后未再出現(xiàn)畏寒、發(fā)熱。1+月前因白帶異常加重,到當(dāng)?shù)乜h醫(yī)院就診,婦科查體考慮"宮頸病變,腫瘤待排",建議上級醫(yī)院就診(未見病歷,具體不詳)。我院普通
