【摘要】：目的:分析卵巢冠囊腫的MRI表現,提高術前診斷準確性。方法:回顧性研究經手術和病理證實的50例卵巢冠囊腫患者的MRI圖像,分析病灶部位、大小、形態(tài)、管壁、分隔厚度、囊液信號、增強表現及其與卵巢的關系等影像學特征。結果:50例患者共54個卵巢冠囊腫,MRI檢出41個(76%),其中囊腫同側見相鄰或分開的正常或病變卵巢25個(61%);囊腫邊界清晰、壁薄(41/41,100%,平均厚度1.5±0.3mm)、單房(39/41,95%)、囊液信號均勻如水(41/41,100%);囊腫因張力低而形態(tài)略欠規(guī)則的類圓形或類橢圓形(20/41,49%);最大徑大于2.0cm的囊腫易誤診(25/30,83%),小于2.0cm者易漏診(11/11,100%)。結論:卵巢冠囊腫的MRI表現有一定特征性,顯示病灶同側卵巢或卵巢病變?yōu)樵\斷的重要征象。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the MRI findings of ovarian coronal cysts and to improve the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis.Methods: the MRI images of 50 patients with ovarian coronal cyst confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively studied. The location, size, shape, wall, thickness of septum, signal of cystic fluid, enhanced findings and their relationship with ovary were analyzed.Results of 54 ovarian coronal cysts in 50 cases, 41 cases were detected by MRI. 25 normal or diseased ovaries were found in the same side of the cyst, and the boundary of the cyst was clear.The mean thickness was 1.5 鹵0.3 mm, and the cyst fluid signal was as uniform as 41% 41 100%. The cyst had a slightly irregular shape due to low tension, and the shape of the cyst was slightly irregular. The largest diameter of the cyst larger than 2.0cm was misdiagnosed by 25% 3083%, and the diameter of the cyst was smaller than that of the 2.0cm group.Conclusion: the MRI features of ovarian coronal cysts are characteristic, and the ipsilateral ovarian or ovarian lesions are important signs in diagnosis.
