【摘要】：目的探討血清糖類抗原125(CA125)和激肽釋放酶10(hk10)在上皮性卵巢癌中的表達(dá)及其在紫杉醇聯(lián)合順鉑(TP)化療方案療效評(píng)估中的作用。方法 36例上皮性卵巢癌患者第1天24 h靜脈滴注紫杉醇135 mg·m-2,第2,3天靜脈滴注順鉑75 mg·m-2。酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(ELISA)檢測36例上皮性卵巢癌患者及27例良性卵巢腫瘤患者血清CA125及hk10水平,分析2組患者CA125、hk10水平。同時(shí)檢測28例卵巢癌患者TP化療前后CA125和hk10水平變化及其與化療療效的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果卵巢癌組患者血清CA125及hk10水平顯著高于良性卵巢腫瘤組(P均0.05)。28例卵巢癌患者接受TP方案化療,完全緩解(CR)4例,部分緩解(PR)11例,穩(wěn)定(SD)3例,進(jìn)展(PD)10例,客觀緩解率為64.3%。CR組化療后CA125及hk10水平顯著低于SD及PD組(P0.05)。結(jié)論卵巢癌患者血清CA125和hk10水平顯著升高,可以作為TP方案化療療效的評(píng)估指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of serum carbohydrate antigen 125 (CA125) and kallikrein 10hk10) in epithelial ovarian cancer and its role in evaluating the efficacy of paclitaxel combined with cisplatin (TPTP) regimen.Methods Thirty-six patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were treated with paclitaxel 135mg m ~ (-2) and cisplatin 75 mg m ~ (-2) on day 2 and day 3 respectively.Serum CA125 and hk10 levels were measured by Elisa in 36 patients with epithelial ovarian cancer and 27 patients with benign ovarian tumor, and CA125hk10 levels were analyzed in both groups.The changes of CA125 and hk10 in 28 patients with ovarian cancer before and after TP chemotherapy were also detected.Results the serum levels of CA125 and hk10 in ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in benign ovarian tumor group (P 0.05). 28 cases of ovarian cancer received TP regimen chemotherapy, 4 cases of complete remission, 11 cases of partial remission, 3 cases of stable SDN and 10 cases of progression.The objective remission rate was that the levels of CA125 and hk10 in 64.3%.CR group were significantly lower than those in SD and PD groups after chemotherapy (P 0.05).Conclusion the serum levels of CA125 and hk10 in patients with ovarian cancer are significantly increased, which can be used as an index to evaluate the efficacy of TP regimen chemotherapy.
