【摘要】：目的:探討多囊卵巢綜合征(PCOS)患者控制性超促排卵過程中血清血管內(nèi)皮生長因子(VEGF)及色素上皮衍生因子(PEDF)與卵巢過度刺激綜合征(OHSS)發(fā)生的關(guān)系及其預(yù)測價值。方法:回顧分析行體外受精/卵細(xì)胞胞漿內(nèi)單精子注射-胚胎移植(IVF/ICSI-ET)PCOS患者52例,其中中、重度OHSS 19例,輕度或無OHSS者33例。ELISA法檢測患者HCG日、取卵日及移植日的血清VEGF及PEDF水平,探討VEGF和PEDF與OHSS發(fā)生的關(guān)系及其對OHSS的預(yù)測價值。結(jié)果:中、重度OHSS患者HCG日、取卵日及移植日的VEGF水平均高于輕度或無OHSS患者(P0.05);血清PEDF及VEGF比值均明顯低于輕度或無OHSS患者(P0.05)。取卵日VEGF≥168.52pg/ml對中重度OHSS預(yù)測的靈敏的為89.5%,移植日PEDF/VEGF≤8.16對中重度OHSS預(yù)測的特異度為90.9%。結(jié)論:中重度OHSS患者的血清VEGF水平較輕度或無OHSS組中水平明顯升高,且血清VEGF水平及PEDF/VEGF對OHSS的發(fā)生均有預(yù)測價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and pigment epithelium-derived factor (PEDFF) and OHSS in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) during controlled hyperstimulation.Methods: a total of 52 patients with IVF / ICSI-ET-PCOS underwent IVF / ICSI-ETSI-PCOS in vitro fertilization / oocyte intracytoplasmic sperm injection (IVF / ICSI-ET-PCOS), including 19 cases of moderate and severe OHSS and 33 cases of mild or no OHSS.The serum levels of VEGF and PEDF were measured on the day of egg collection and transplantation to investigate the relationship between VEGF, PEDF and OHSS and their predictive value for OHSS.Results: the level of VEGF in patients with moderate and severe OHSS on HCG day, egg collection day and transplantation day was higher than that in mild or non- patients, and the ratio of serum PEDF and VEGF was significantly lower than that in patients with mild or no OHSS.The sensitivity of VEGF 鈮，
