【摘要】：目的評價康婦炎膠囊聯(lián)合抗生素治療盆腔炎性疾病的有效性及安全性。方法 2014年6月至2016年6月在復(fù)旦大學(xué)附屬婦產(chǎn)科醫(yī)院門診募集盆腔炎性疾病(pelvic inflammation disease,PID)患者,隨機分為研究組(康婦炎聯(lián)合抗生素治療)、對照組(抗生素治療),分別在治療前及治療開始后第3天、第4周、第8周和12周進(jìn)行PID癥狀、體征量化評分;在治療前及治療開始后第4周、12周超聲測盆腔積液情況。在治療前與治療后第12周進(jìn)行血常規(guī)、血生化、心電圖、不良反應(yīng)等安全性評估。結(jié)果兩組患者PID癥狀量化評分明顯下降,從治療第3天開始研究組的PID量化評分顯著低于對照組,直到治療后第12周。研究組在治療第12周左附件觸痛顯著好于對照組,治療第8周、12周子宮觸痛顯著好于對照組。研究組在治療第4、12周盆腔積液顯著少于對照組。研究組在治療第4、8、12周療效顯著優(yōu)于對照組。研究組在治療第12周復(fù)發(fā)率顯著低于對照組。兩組治療前后安全性評價差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論康婦炎膠囊聯(lián)合抗生素能顯著改善PID癥狀,降低復(fù)發(fā),減少盆腔積液,使用安全,確切機制有待深入探討。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Kangfuyan capsule combined with antibiotics in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases.Methods from June 2014 to June 2016, patients with pelvic inflammatory inflammation disease were recruited from outpatient clinic of Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital affiliated to Fudan University.They were randomly divided into study group (Kangfuyan combined with antibiotic therapy) and control group (antibiotic therapy group). Before and after treatment, PID symptoms and signs were quantified at 3 days, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks, respectively.Pelvic effusion was measured by ultrasonography before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.The safety of blood routine, blood biochemistry, electrocardiogram and adverse reactions were evaluated before and 12 weeks after treatment.Results the quantitative scores of PID symptoms in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group from the 3rd day of treatment until the 12th week after treatment.The left appendage tenderness in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group at the 12th week and the uterine tenderness at the 8th week was significantly better than that in the control group.The pelvic effusion in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group at the 4th week.The therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group at the 4th week.The recurrence rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group at week 12.There was no significant difference in safety evaluation between the two groups before and after treatment.Conclusion Kangfuyan capsule combined with antibiotics can significantly improve the symptoms of PID, reduce recurrence, reduce pelvic effusion, and use safely.
