【摘要】：正時(shí)至今日,適當(dāng)產(chǎn)前保健被看做是預(yù)防母胎/嬰不良結(jié)局重要臨床干預(yù)措施之一,遠(yuǎn)超乎尋常行政管理范疇。國(guó)外對(duì)于產(chǎn)前保健評(píng)估指標(biāo)更多是起始檢查孕周和相應(yīng)妊娠時(shí)段檢查次數(shù)。事實(shí)上,適當(dāng)還是不適當(dāng)產(chǎn)前保健(adequate or inadequate prenatal care)并不能只在檢查"數(shù)字"上論春秋,如何在正常妊娠者保健中駕輕就熟,正確利用有限的醫(yī)療資源,如何在貌似正常妊娠者保健中舉足輕
[Abstract]:To date, appropriate prenatal care is seen as one of the most important clinical interventions to prevent adverse maternal / infant outcomes, far more than ordinary administration.Abroad, prenatal care evaluation index is more the initial examination of gestational week and the corresponding pregnancy check times.In fact, proper or inadequate antenatal care or inadequate prenatal care is not just about "numbers", how to be successful in normal pregnancy care and how to make the right use of limited medical resources.How to lift light in the health care of people who appear to be normal pregnant
