【摘要】：目的探討外周血Survivin mRNA在宮頸鱗癌預(yù)后中的預(yù)測(cè)價(jià)值。方法應(yīng)用RT-PCR檢測(cè)52例宮頸鱗癌患者外周血Survivin mRNA,結(jié)合臨床病理及隨訪資料,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析其對(duì)患者術(shù)后生存的影響,同時(shí)取15例健康體檢女性作為對(duì)照組。結(jié)果 52例宮頸鱗癌患者外周血Survivin mRNA的表達(dá)38例(73.08%),對(duì)照組均陰性表達(dá)。Survivin mRNA均與分期(P=0.002)、腫瘤侵犯深度(P=0.048)、腫瘤大小(P=0.030)、組織分級(jí)(P=0.037)和是否伴有淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移(P=0.008)明顯相關(guān)。宮頸鱗癌患者中,Survivin mRNA表達(dá)者無(wú)瘤生存時(shí)間(DFS)和總生存時(shí)間(OS)均較Survivin mRNA不表達(dá)者短(P0.05)。單因素分析顯示,分期晚、腫瘤最大徑≥4cm、淋巴結(jié)發(fā)生轉(zhuǎn)移和Survivin mRNA均與患者預(yù)后有關(guān)(P0.05);多因素分析表明,淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移(P=0.031)和Survivin mRNA(P=0.000)是DFS的影響因素,臨床分期(P=0.013)和Survivin mRNA(P=0.009)是OS的影響因素。結(jié)論外周血Survivin mRNA可為臨床預(yù)測(cè)宮頸癌根治術(shù)預(yù)后提供一個(gè)新的重要的腫瘤標(biāo)志物,對(duì)預(yù)后評(píng)估起到積極的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the prognostic value of peripheral blood Survivin mRNA in cervical squamous cell carcinoma.Methods RT-PCR was used to detect Survivin mRNAs in peripheral blood of 52 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of cervix. Combined with clinicopathological and follow-up data, the influence of Survivin mRNAs on postoperative survival was analyzed statistically. 15 healthy women were taken as control group.Results the expression of Survivin mRNA in peripheral blood of 52 patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix was significantly correlated with the expression of Survivin mRNA in peripheral blood of 38 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma. The negative expression of survivin mRNA in the control group was significantly correlated with P0. 002, P0. 048, the size of the tumor, the tissue grade P0. 037) and the lymph node metastasis (P0. 008).In patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the expression of survivin mRNA was significantly shorter than that in patients without Survivin mRNA expression (DFS) and total survival time (Survivin mRNA).Univariate analysis showed that late stage, tumor maximum diameter 鈮，
