【摘要】：宮腔鏡手術(shù)中能量器械包括高頻電刀單極、雙極、等離子、射頻等,通過(guò)能量器械產(chǎn)生的熱效應(yīng)以達(dá)到電切與電凝的手術(shù)效果。這些能量器械為手術(shù)帶來(lái)便利的同時(shí),也會(huì)產(chǎn)生一些副損傷。文章就宮腔鏡手術(shù)中能量器械的工作原理、可造成的副損傷及其處理、能量器械的使用技巧及如何預(yù)防副損傷的發(fā)生進(jìn)行討論。
[Abstract]:In hysteroscopic surgery, the energy instruments include high-frequency electric knife monopole, bipolar, plasma, radio frequency and so on, through the thermal effect produced by the energy instrument to achieve the surgical effect of electrocution and electrocoagulation.While these energy devices facilitate surgery, they can also cause collateral damage.In this paper, the working principle of energy instruments in hysteroscopic surgery, the possible side injury and its treatment, the use skills of energy instruments and how to prevent the occurrence of secondary injury are discussed.
