【摘要】：目的:探討Merlin蛋白在青海漢、藏、回族女性正常宮頸與宮頸癌中的表達(dá)意義。方法:采用免疫組化法對青海108例宮頸癌(漢族40例、藏族38例、回族30例)及107例正常宮頸(漢族40例、藏族37例、回族30例)中Merlin表達(dá)進行檢測。結(jié)果:(1)40例漢、37例藏、30例回族正常宮頸中Merlin陽性表達(dá)率為90.0%、91.9%、86.7%;Merlin在40例漢、38例藏、30例回族宮頸癌中陽性表達(dá)率為17.5%、18.4%、16.7%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);各民族間宮頸癌Merlin陽性表達(dá)率無差異(P0.05);(2)三民族間宮頸癌Merlin表達(dá)均與患者年齡、FIGO分期、淋巴轉(zhuǎn)移及細(xì)胞分化無關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論:(1)青海各民族女性宮頸癌Merlin蛋白表達(dá)下降、缺失促進了宮頸癌的發(fā)生,Merlin在宮頸癌中發(fā)揮抑癌功能;(2)Merlin表達(dá)不影響民族間宮頸癌的發(fā)生;(3)Merlin表達(dá)與患者臨床特征無關(guān),提示其可能未直接參與宮頸癌的浸潤、轉(zhuǎn)移過程。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of Merlin protein in normal cervix and cervical cancer of Han, Tibetan and Hui women in Qinghai.Methods: the expression of Merlin in 108 cases of cervical cancer (40 Han, 38 Tibetans, 30 Hui) and 107 normal cervix (40 Han, 37 Tibetan and 30 Hui) were detected by immunohistochemical method.The expression of Merlin in cervical cancer was correlated with age and Figo stage.Lymphatic metastasis and cell differentiation were not associated with P0.05.Conclusion (1) the expression of Merlin protein in cervical cancer of all ethnic groups in Qinghai decreased, and the absence of Merlin promoted the occurrence of cervical cancer. The expression of Merlin in cervical cancer did not affect the occurrence of cervical cancer among different ethnic groups. There was no correlation between the expression of Merlin and the clinical characteristics of cervical cancer.It may not be directly involved in the process of invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer.
