【摘要】：目的探討宮外孕患者聯(lián)合采用米非司酮與甲氨喋呤治療的臨床應(yīng)用價值。方法篩選宮外孕者75例依據(jù)治療方案的差異性分組,即參照組35例(甲氨喋呤)和觀察組40例(米非司酮+甲氨喋呤),對比兩組的療效。結(jié)果觀察組的總有效率92.5%、臨床癥狀較參照組74.3%顯著較優(yōu),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論宮外孕者經(jīng)米非司酮與甲氨喋呤結(jié)合治療,可降低毒副作用,取得顯效效果,可在臨床上加以借鑒。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical value of mifepristone and methotrexate in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 75 cases of ectopic pregnancy were divided into two groups: control group (35 cases) and observation group (40 cases).Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.5% and the clinical symptom was significantly better than that of the control group (74.3%). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with methotrexate can reduce the side effects of ectopic pregnancy and can be used for reference in clinic.
