【摘要】：正孕婦40歲,孕21周,孕2產(chǎn)1,1胎7歲情況良好,B超示:宮腔內(nèi)可見兩個(gè)胎兒回聲,FA位于左下腹,FB位于右上腹背部緊貼胎盤。FB(圖1)頭圍9.35cm,雙頂徑2.37cm均相當(dāng)于14周,全身皮膚水腫,頸部可見水囊瘤大小4.9cm×2cm,內(nèi)見分隔強(qiáng)回聲帶,可見顱骨強(qiáng)回聲,顱內(nèi)結(jié)構(gòu)模糊,可見殘余心腔結(jié)構(gòu),PW:未見胎心搏動(dòng)頻譜,
[Abstract]:The pregnant women were 40 years old, 21 weeks pregnant, and 1 child was 7 years old. B-ultrasound showed that two fetuses could be seen in the left lower abdomen. FB was located at 9.35 cm around the placenta. FB (Fig. 1) was attached to the placenta. The biparietal diameter 2.37cm was equivalent to 14 weeks.The skin edema of the whole body, the size of 4.9cm 脳 2 cm in the neck, the strong echoic band of the septum, the strong echo of the skull, the blur of the intracranial structure, the residual cardiac cavity structure and the frequency spectrum of fetal heart pulsation were found in the neck, and there was no fetal pulsation spectrum in the neck.
