【摘要】：目的:探討陰道B超下子宮內膜厚度和試管嬰兒臨床妊娠之間的關系。方法:隨機選擇2014年6月至2016年3月肇慶西江醫(yī)院生殖中心收治的100例進行體外受精-胚胎移植患者,通過回顧分析法將其分為妊娠組(35例)與非妊娠組(65例),分析陰道B超下子宮內膜厚度和試管嬰兒臨床妊娠之間的關系。結果:妊娠組中35例患者均妊娠成功;其中患者的絨毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)注射日、取卵日的內膜厚度等與妊娠之間沒有任何關系;而內膜厚度7 mm的患者則沒有出現(xiàn)妊娠等情況;內膜厚度11 mm的患者妊娠明顯上升;可見,HCG注射日的內膜類型與妊娠沒有任何聯(lián)系(P0.05);而取卵日的內膜類型和妊娠具有密切的關系(P0.05);因此可以利用陰道B超下子宮內膜厚度來預測妊娠。結論:在陰道B超下,通過子宮內膜厚度可以有效預測試管嬰兒的成功率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between endometrial thickness and clinical pregnancy of IVF under vaginal ultrasound.Methods: from June 2014 to March 2016, 100 patients with in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer were randomly selected from the Reproductive Center of Zhaoqing Xijiang Hospital.It was divided into pregnancy group (n = 35) and non-pregnancy group (n = 65) by retrospective analysis. The relationship between endometrial thickness under vaginal ultrasound and clinical pregnancy of IVF was analyzed.Results: all the 35 patients in the pregnancy group were pregnant successfully, and there was no relationship between the thickness of the endometrium on the day of HCG injection and the thickness of the endometrium on the day of egg removal, but there was no pregnancy in the patient with the thickness of 7 mm of the endometrium.The pregnancy of patients with endometrial thickness of 11 mm increased significantly.It can be seen that there is no relationship between the type of endometrium on the day of HCG injection and pregnancy, but there is a close relationship between the type of endometrium on the day of egg taking and pregnancy. Therefore, the thickness of endometrium under vaginal ultrasound can be used to predict pregnancy.Conclusion: endometrial thickness can effectively predict the success rate of IVF under vaginal ultrasound.
