【摘要】：目的采用磁共振電影成像技術(shù)(cine MRI)探討子宮肌瘤患者子宮蠕動(dòng)異常及其相關(guān)因素。方法對(duì)60例子宮肌瘤患者及30名健康志愿者于排卵期行盆腔常規(guī)T1、T2軸位,T2矢狀位及cine MRI掃描;醫(yī)師A、B分別對(duì)cine MRI圖像行雙盲法評(píng)價(jià),評(píng)價(jià)內(nèi)容包括子宮是否存在正常蠕動(dòng)、蠕動(dòng)方向及頻率,醫(yī)師B記錄肌瘤患者子宮及最大肌瘤體積、肌瘤位置及數(shù)量;比較肌瘤患者與健康志愿者正常蠕動(dòng)存在率及蠕動(dòng)頻率,比較肌瘤患者中正常蠕動(dòng)存在者與不存在者子宮平均體積及肌瘤特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果與健康志愿者比較,子宮肌瘤患者正常蠕動(dòng)存在率及蠕動(dòng)頻率明顯降低,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05);存在正常蠕動(dòng)肌瘤患者子宮平均體積及最大肌瘤平均體積均小于不存在正常蠕動(dòng)肌瘤患者,前者差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.043、0.129)。結(jié)論子宮肌瘤患者排卵期子宮蠕動(dòng)明顯降低,不利于排卵期精子快速運(yùn)輸至輸卵管,可能是其不孕的原因之一;該類患者子宮蠕動(dòng)異�？赡芘c肌瘤引起子宮體積明顯增大相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the abnormal peristalsis and its related factors in patients with hysteromyoma using magnetic resonance film imaging (MRI).The direction and frequency of peristalsis, the volume of uterus and maximum myoma, the location and quantity of myoma were recorded by physician B. the normal peristalsis rate and peristalsis frequency of patients with leiomyoma were compared with those of healthy volunteers.The mean volume of uterus and the characteristics of myoma were compared between normal peristalsis and non-existence of leiomyoma.Results compared with the healthy volunteers, the normal peristalsis rate and peristalsis frequency in patients with uterine leiomyoma were significantly lower than those in healthy volunteers.Conclusion the uterine peristalsis of uterine leiomyoma patients decreased significantly during ovulation, which may be one of the reasons of infertility, and the abnormal uterine peristalsis may be related to the obvious increase of uterine volume caused by leiomyoma.
