【摘要】：目的探討絨毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)聯(lián)合促性腺激素釋放激素激動劑(GnRH-a)在微刺激方案體外受精(IVF)患者誘導(dǎo)卵泡成熟中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選擇使用微刺激方案行IVF的患者40例,其中使用HCG聯(lián)合GnRH-a治療20例(聯(lián)合組)、HCG治療20例(單藥組)。比較兩組的促性腺激素(Gn)天數(shù)、Gn用量、HCG日雌二醇(E2),HCG日后第1天E2、孕酮(P)、HCG,獲卵數(shù)、成熟卵數(shù)、受精率、移植胚胎數(shù)、臨床妊娠率。結(jié)果聯(lián)合組與單藥組的Gn天數(shù)、Gn用量、HCG日E2水平比較,P均0.05。與單藥組比較,聯(lián)合組HCG日后第1天E2水平降低、P及HCG升高、獲卵數(shù)及成熟卵數(shù)增加(P均0.05)。兩組受精率、移植胚胎數(shù)及臨床妊娠率比較,P均0.05。結(jié)論 HCG聯(lián)合GnRH-a用于微刺激方案IVF可以增加獲卵數(shù)和成熟卵數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of HCG combined with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist (GnRH-a) on follicular maturation induced by microstimulation in vitro fertilization (IVF).Methods A total of 40 patients with IVF were treated with microstimulation regimen, 20 of them were treated with HCG combined with GnRH-a.Results the levels of E _ 2 on HCG and Gn dosage in combination group and single drug group were 0. 05 and 0. 05 respectively.Compared with the single drug group, the E2 level of the combined group decreased on the 1st day after HCG, the level of P and HCG increased, the number of acquired eggs and the number of mature eggs increased (P 0.05).The fertilization rate, the number of embryos transferred and the clinical pregnancy rate of the two groups were 0.05.Conclusion HCG combined with GnRH-a can increase the number of eggs acquired and matured by IVF.
